A little about me...

I live in the quiet community of Nappanee, Indiana, with my husband Tyler and our 5 children. Though born in the Midwest, I was actually raised in the San Francisco Bay Area in El Cerrito, California (near Berkeley), where I lived for more than 25 of my 41 years.  I was raised in a loving home (also 1 of 5 children) where I was taught to have love and respect of all beings. It is not my place to set in judgment of any persons choices. No person should ever be persecuted for their beliefs. I feel that a persons religion or "spirituality" is to be honored and respected.                                        My favorite photo with my daughter Brenna.

Always feeling out of place in the big city, I moved to Indiana in 1996 to raise my children. I am actively involved in supporting NorthWood High Schools Swimming and Diving Team as well as the NorthWood Red Regiment. I enjoy Volunteering and supporting our communities Not-for-Profit organizations (Elkhart County United Way is near and dear to me as are many of their member organizations).   I like to spend time out doors and to go camping with my family any chance I get.

In 2004, after seeing a need in my local area, I became an ordained minister through the non-denominational Universal Life Church. I believe every ceremony should be as unique and different as each couple. Everyone has different expectations of what their ceremony should look and "feel" like and no one should dictate what a couple should or shouldn't do for a day that they will hold dear forever.

No request is too big or too small. Details are what express individualism and show family and friends the love and commitment a couple shares.  I hope to help every couple I join fulfill their dreams with a personal touch.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Peace to all,

Rev. Kerri
