Basic Ceremony/Simple Vow Renewal
$175 plus applicable mileage*
For an affordable, beautifully-worded, pre-written ceremony (no additions, revisions or changes) these simple and sweet ceremonies are the perfect answer to fit any budget.
These ceremonies can be performed at any wedding venue.
Basic Ceremony options include: The Basic Ceremony Package does not include additions such as readings, Unity Candle, Sand Ceremony, etc. The Basic Ceremony provides for unlimited telephone and email consultations. An in-person meeting is not necessary for this level of service but one free consultation is included if conducted locally.
If you
desire a more customized ceremony then might I suggest my
Custom Ceremony
option. The Basic Ceremony fee does not include a rehearsal. Having a separate rehearsal is a very personal choice. Some couples feel that a rehearsal is a necessary part of the upcoming festivities and not only helps to organize the bridal party but also offers another evening of celebration. Other couples feel that you cannot rehearse spontaneity and welcome the surprises that may come from conducting their ceremony without one. If you would like to add a rehearsal to your ceremony, you may do so for an additional $125. Holidays
To perform a ceremony on the eve of a holiday, day of a holiday or weekend of a holiday add $100.
Holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas.
Consultations
There is no charge for the initial consultation if conducted in Nappanee. Sometimes couples need to have more one-on-one time to prepare for their special event. Additional meetings can be scheduled prior to your event for a fee of $30 per hour.
Consultations can be arranged in other locations for $30 per hour plus mileage.
Unlimited communications via telephone/email is always free!
*Mileage For ceremony locations outside Elkhart County or that require more than 50 miles of travel (round trip), $0.50 per mile is charged. All Packages
All ceremony packages include completing and filing of license with the appropriate probate court.
50% is due (and non-refundable) to book and confirm your scheduled date and time. The event is not secured until the deposit is received. The balance is due 21 days prior to the date if the ceremony. No refund if services are cancelled less than 21 days prior to the event.
Prices subject to change without notice. Only dates held with deposit are guaranteed. For ceremony locations that require more than 100 miles additional fees may apply.
